DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Two residents of the Kings Point Delray Beach Senior Living Community were arrested Between 6 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday, according to records obtained by BocaNewsNow.com. The arrests are the latest to plague the Kings Point Golf and Criminal Country Club in Delray Beach, where 71 residents have been jailed since 2023, 51 since 2024, and 21 this year.
Alan Liverman of Piedmont D was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office early Saturday morning and charged with “DUI damage to property or person” and “Hit and Run, fail to stop or remain at crash involving injury other than severe bodily injury.” Liverman, 78, was booked into jail at 3:37 a.m. and held on $6,000 bond. He was released Saturday afternoon.

Cecelia Lehman, 60, of Tuscany C in Kings Point Delray Beach was arrested on a drug charge and probation violation. Delray Beach Police locked her up at 6:50 p.m. Friday. She remains held without bond Saturday night. We wrote about her crack pipe issue back in 2024. She now accounts for three of the 71 arrests in Kings Point over the past few years.

Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that more residents of Kings Point Delray Beach are arrested and jailed than residents of any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County. Among the alleged crimes committed by Kings Point residents — at least some of which have led to convictions: illegal gun use, attempted murder, sex crimes, assault, battery, drug use, possession of illegal child images, DUI, and more. I blame the management totally of Kings Point for allowing anyone with police records to live there. Apparently they couldn’t care less. All they care about is making their commissions on HOA dues. The value of these homes are reduced to almost nothing today. If I lived there I would not pay any HOA dues until the entire management team is fired.
So Kings Point isn’t a good place to retire too?
