BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A woman working as a housekeeper in a home in Boca Bridges called police on one of the owners of the house after he allegedly pushed a woman in the home to the ground repeatedly. Kris Slager of the 17000 block of Ristretto Trail is now facing battery and obstructing justice charges.

According to the police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, the housekeeper was cleaning the house when she overheard a dispute involving a woman in the home and Kris Sliger. The woman told the housekeeper to call 911 which she did. When PBSO Deputies arrived, the woman who told the housekeeper to call police reported that she had been thrown to the ground twice by Kris Sliger — and that he took her cell phone away so she couldn’t call police herself.

According to the woman, she tried to convince Sliger to enter a rehabilitation program. He was disinterested and angry. Police allege that Sliger told them that he had been “drinking for the past two days.”

Sliger was taken into custody and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on June 16th. He was held for two days and ultimately released on $2,000 bond. A judge ordered Sliger to stay away from the alleged victim and to “have phone contact only.” A court date is pending.
