Ian Goldberg remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Tuesday afternoon. He was booked into jail on Sunday.
According to a police report obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, Goldberg has had ongoing issues with the alleged victim. He is accused of slapping the man’s arms, punching his torso, knocking his glasses to the ground breaking them. PBSO responded to the location of the incident mid-afternoon on June 25th. It’s unclear why there was a delay in taking Ian Goldberg into custody.
We’ve reported on Ian Goldberg before. He is a former Real Estate agent who was named one of our distinguished “Outrageous Agents” when he was arrested in 2024 for DUI and fleeing police. The felony charges were reduced to a misdemeanor. Goldberg spent twelve months on probation.
