Latest Elliman Report Reveals Jumps In Contracts, Sales.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Despite the general doom and gloom in the real estate market, Palm Beach County is doing quite well — according to the latest Elliman Report released by Miller Samuel Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants. While we expect to have specific market data for Delray Beach and Boca Raton soon, this is a look ALL of Palm Beach County. The data compares June of 2025 with June of 2024.
NEWLY SIGNED CONTRACTS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
Newly signed contracts in all of Palm Beach County jumped an average of 20-percent when comparing June of 2025 with June of 2024. For homes valued under $300k, the number of newly signed contracts jumped 340-percent. For homes valued between $300k and $399k, the number of newly signed contracts dropped 8-percent. There was a 24-percent drop for home valued between $400k and $499k. But then it picks up again. For homes valued between $500k and $999k, the number of newly signed contracts rose 27-percent year over year, with a 19-percent jump for homes valued between $1M and $2.99M. The jump is 133-percent for homes valued between $3M and $4.99M, and a 100-percent rise for homes valued between $5M and $9.99M. A total of 328 homes went under contract in Palm Beach County in June of 2025.
NEW LISTINGS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
The number of homes hitting the market also rose year over year in Palm Beach County, averaging out to 28.8-percent. For homes valued under $300k, the number of new listings rose 188-percent. The rise is 37-percent for homes valued between $300k and $399k; 43-percent for homes valued between $400k and $499k, 17-percent for homes valued between $500k and $999k; 39-percent for homes in the $1M to $2.99M range; 71-percent for homes valued between $3M and $4.99. The number of new listings dropped when comparing June of 2025 with June of 2024 for homes valued between $5M and $9.99M (-16-percent), and homes valued at $10M or more (-8-percent). A total of 1,309 homes hit the market in Palm Beach County in June of 2025.
CONDOS IN PALM BEACH COUNTY.
The number of newly signed contracts for condos in Palm Beach County rose 21.7-percent overall when comparing June of 2025 with June of 2024. The number of new listings also rose 12.7-percent. In condo-world, 1,348 condos hit the market in Palm Beach County in June of 2025. 297 went under contract.
