
UPDATED with information from Boca Raton Fire Rescue: “Last night, about 19:52 yesterday evening, BRFR received a call for a possible structure fire on 30th road in Boca Raton. Our crews arrived to find heavy smoke and fire in the structure. The home was unoccupied at the time of the fire and sustained significant damage. The cause is still under investigation. There were reports of a dog in the home but the home owner confirmed the dog was with them. No Fire Fighters were injured at the scene.”

No one was injured in the single family home. Sources tell BocaNewsNow.com that the homeowner was not in the residence at 2414 NW 30th Road at the time of the fire.
Boca Raton Fire Dispatch first received calls for assistance around 6:50 Monday night from neighbors who saw smoke rising from the roof of the one floor home. Boca Raton Fire Rescue was on the scene moments later, confirmed the reports of smoke, and made entry into the house. Within an hour, state and local fire and electrical inspectors were called to the scene.
Boca Raton Fire Rescue remained on the scene for several hours. We are awaiting an official report from a Boca Raton Fire Rescue spokesperson and will update this report once it is received. The home is owned by an LLC with the name 2414NW30RD LLC. That LLC is registered to Elena Iankova of Brickell Key.
