BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The woman driving this unnecessary Mercedes SUV is accused of parking illegally in a handicapped space by the UPS store in the Mission Bay shopping center in West Boca Raton. When a person with handicapped plates tried to use the space, the woman allegedly refused to move — until a tipster took out a camera and started documenting the incident. The photos were sent to BocaNewsNow.com.

That’s when the seemingly blonde haired, sneaker wearing woman darted off. But not before our tipster documented the license plate. While we don’t know if anyone called the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, we do know that our readers are amazing at identifying people who violate laws.

If you know the person who drives a Mercedes G-Class Wagon with Florida plate PM4-58S, you may want to mention to her that witnesses say she broke the law and prohibited a truly disabled person from using a disabled parking spot that was needed. Again, that’s Florida plate PM458S.
It turns out that Florida statute calls for up to six months in jail and up to a $1000 fine for anyone who uses a fraudulent placard to park in a handicapped space. One could easily connect the dots and say using a fake placard is the same as having no placard — which seems to be the case in this situation. (But in reality, a fine up to $750 can be assessed).
To the driver who is apparently very important and believes she is allowed to park anywhere she wants: please let us know if our tipsters got it wrong and you truly are authorized to park in handicapped spots. If not, you may want to keep your car garaged for a while — we know people get very upset when they see liars and cheaters in South Palm Beach County. To everyone else: if you know who she is, let us know through our contact channels or in the comments section, below.

Can’t believe that we have so many crummy people living in South Florida, especially in Boca. Folks like me who have issues walking really need to park close to stores. I didn’t ask to be involved in an accident over 20 years ago that makes me limp where using a cane or walker is needed for my mobility. But asshats like this entitled b-tch make our lives that much more difficult. I just don’t get it.
Folks like this person, KNOCK IT OFF already. We’ve had enough of your bad behavior & won’t take it anymore. Hope this paper keeps up the good work by outing these horrible folks. There needs to be consequences for their mean and selfish actions!!!
What irks me also is the new law – just in Florida, I believe – that allows pregnant women to use handicapped spots from the moment they find out they are pregnant, when they don’t even need the accommodation. These parking spots are already in short supply. Dumb law!
Not dumb law at all. What does that law even have to do with this situation?
I’m a disabled person every time when I goes out 😔 to theses stores I always sees alot of people’s parking in these handicap parking spots it’s really not fair for people 😕 like us 😔 have to deal with a person like this lady because I see this al the time it’s really unfair to us 🙏 y’all did the right thing report her ass and and punished her that should teach her a lesson because this has to stop 🛑 I’m a person dealing with two bad knees and I needs a hip replacement so this is is why 🤔 my doctor gave me a handicap parking card I truly hope 🙏 that the community helps find her ass and punished her I’m just saying 🤔
postal workers all so park in the handicap parking. I called out a postal worker about, why are you parked in the handicap parking? He said, Suck my D–k.
Let’s start a campaign against these people. In the past I would confront them. It seems like too many people have a gun in a pocket, so I don’t confront them anymore.! Maybe shaming would work.
Good, go after these people who also probably bring in their “service” dogs into Publix. 2 for 1.
Agree completely about ineligible folks parking, but another side is people driving with placards attached. The placards are ONLY FOR PARKING.
My car sustained extensive damage being rear-ended by a woman driving with placard attached, saying she couldn’t see my car.
