
UPDATE 6:50 p.m. — Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives say the investigation into her disappearance has concluded. Detectives say Hillsborough County detectives released Timothy Bowman this afternoon following questioning and no charges will be filed in Leo’s disappearance.

>> Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking the public for help locating 30-year-old Summer Leo. According to detectives, Leo, pictured above left, was last seen around 6:54 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, leaving the Target store at 3200 North Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. She was seen entering a white BMW M340i with Florida tag AH34SK. The vehicle is pictured above and is registered to Timothy Bowman, 6/12/1986, pictured above right.
According to detectives, the vehicle was last seen in the Tampa area. At this time, detectives believe the circumstances of her disappearance may be suspicious. That is part of the ongoing investigation.
