They’re Still Seen In South Florida After Renting Boca Raton House.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The big question in Boca Raton and South Florida Tuesday — following the announcement that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are engaged — is whether or not they will buy the house they’ve been renting in Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. The early answer: we don’t know.
For anyone living under a rock for the past several hours, it was announced mid-day Tuesday that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce got engaged — then stood for photos in a rose garden. It’s not believed that rose garden is here, however, Kelce was apparently seen in West Palm Beach just days ago. That follows reports throughout the late spring and summer that the celebrity duo was seen frequently walking on the gated and guarded streets of Royal Palm Yacht Club in Boca Raton.
As we reported back in May, Travis and Taylor rented the home at 310 East Alexander Palm Road which was sold in June of 2023 for $15,000,000. The assessed value now is just below the purchase price — coming in at $14,478,323 according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. The Zillow “Zestimate” however is $18,000,000, with a rent rate of $90,000 a month. Property taxes, if purchased today, would run in the area of $240,000 a year.
Boca Raton is increasingly becoming a celebrity hotspot. Billy Joel recently moved to a waterfront property in East Boca Raton. Mike Tyson’s child goes to school in the area. And Ariana Grande is often seen in the area where she grew up — she still has family in the greater Boca Raton area.
