DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Delray Beach man is facing stalking and burglary charges after he allegedly broke into a home, then videotaped a woman sleeping in her bed. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Hampton Circle in Delray Beach.

BocaNewsNow.com obtained the police report which reveals Sean Segui, 34, was dating the alleged victim but was told the relationship was over earlier this month. He moved out. His ex, however, claims that Segui kept a copy of a key, then let himself into her residence early Sunday morning. When the woman woke up around 2 a.m., she told police she saw what seemed to be a man holding a flashlight pointing in her direction. She apparently realized it was Segui and called police.

What Segui apparently didn’t know is that there’s a surveillance camera in the woman’s bedroom. Police say it captured the incident and Segui leaving before police arrived on the scene. Officers say it contained enough evidence to prove that Segui was there. He — and the black BMW X5 he was driving — were tracked to a nearby apartment. Police arrested him just a few hours later.
