Ana Flavia Brugnara De Oliveira Remains In Jail Sunday Morning.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Ana Flavia Brugnara De Oliveira of the Uptown apartment complex in West Boca Raton is starting her Sunday morning where she ended her Saturday night. In police custody.
Burgnara De Oliveira, 55, was stopped in the area of Lyons Road and Glades Road — not far from where she lives — around 10:32 p.m. PBSO Deputies, according to citations reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, had reason to believe that there was a problem with her driving in a 2016 black Land Rover. While we are awaiting the complete arrest report, citations reveal that Burgnara De Oliveira was allegedly driving with a blood or breath alcohol content of .170. That’s more than two times the legal limit of .08. She was also allegedly driving with a suspended license.
Under Florida law, a blood or breath alcohol content over .15 leads to an “enhanced” DUI charge. Ana Flavia Brugnara De Oliveira was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail at 3:37 a.m. Sunday. She remained locked up as of 10:15 a.m.

Bond is set at $1,000. If she posts bond, a judge wrote that she will be prohibited from consuming alcohol through at least her arraignment which is set for September 16th. Records did not indicate why her license was previously suspended.
