As this vehicle passed me, I observed it was a black Volvo. I asked her for her drivers license, but she was unable to locate it. I then made the decision to get her out of the vehicle to start the road side sobriety tests. However, when she got out, she stumbled and couldn’t hold her balance. She kept falling into the vehicle and rolling her body across the back of the vehicle unable to stand up on her own.
