Company Claims Residents Are On Special Palm Beach County List To Receive Free Services. It’s Bogus.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — South Florida residents, especially those in South Palm Beach County, are receiving cold calls from someone claiming to work for “Trust Construction.” The calls appear to be originating from an off-shore call center but using local phone numbers.
The caller claims that Trust Construction has been told by officials in Palm Beach County that the person receiving the call qualifies for free roofing, air conditioning, storm windows and doors, maintenance, and other work in their home. When asked for more information about the “special Palm Beach County list,” the caller says he will have to obtain more information from the call recipient, first.
BocaNewsNow.com researched “Trust Construction” and learned that it is an alias being used by a Broward County company called “Shailee Creation LLC.” It is registered to Yosi Elharar with an address of 15901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles. The company itself lists 1250 East Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Penthouse 3, in Hallandale Beach as its main address. Calls to Yosi Elharar were not returned. Filings with the State of Florida list Tzahi Azran at 1521 Moffett Street in Hollywood as the “member” of the LLC.
We strongly encourage you to not engage in a conversation with ANY company that claims you are on a list to receive free services on behalf of Palm Beach County. There is no list. This is a marketing gimmick used by contractors and contractor-related companies in South Florida to solicit business. It’s also illegal to cold call people on a cell phone.
If you receive a call from this or any similar company, hang up. If you believe that the company has obtained personal information about you, we encourage you to call your local police department and file a police report.
