BOYNTON BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — At least one person was seriously injured in a shooting Tuesday morning in Boynton Beach. One person was rushed to Bethesda Medical Center — apparently by a friend or family member — and was then transported by ambulance from Bethesda to Delray Medical Center, the area’s trauma center.
Here’s what Boynton Beach PD shared with BocaNewsNow.com just before 11 a.m:
“The Boynton Beach Police Department is currently on scene of a shooting in the 1000 block of SW 27th Place in Golfview Harbour. Officers and Detectives are currently on scene. One male victim was self-transported to a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. Anyone with information is asked to call our non-emergency line at 561-732-8116.”
