That’s the question that detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office would like answered ASAP. The man is accused of a smash and grab at a bike shop. Here’s the official announcement from BSO:

>> A Lauderdale-By-The-Sea bike shop was hit in a smash-and-grab burglary that left the front door shattered and $1,900 missing.

Broward Sheriff’s Office detectives in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea are releasing information in hopes of identifying the subject(s) who burglarized Pedrito’s Bike Shop located at 238 Commercial Blvd. The incident occurred around 8:19 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18th. When deputies arrived, they observed the front door of the bike shop smashed in, the cash register open and all the cash gone.

Detectives said the subject appears to have tattoos along the upper portions of both arms.
