Marky Mark To Make His Mark In Unincorporated Palm Beach County.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Actor, producer, and former New Kids on the Block singer Mark Wahlberg is buying a home in West Delray Beach. The Real Deal, which covers real estate news nationwide, reports that Wahlberg is buying the home at 9200 Rockybrook Way in the gated community of Stone Creek Ranch. That’s right off of Lyons Road — north of Seven Bridges and just south of Divine Savior Academy.
The home — according to Palm Beach County — is a 29,411 square foot home that was built as a spec home by builder Aldo Stark. The controversial builder — responsible for other projects in Stone Creek — listed it for $45M. The sale price is apparently $37M. The Palm Beach County Property Appraiser says it’s assessed at just shy of $21M. Zillow says it has seven beds and 12 bathrooms, and claims it’s a bit smaller at 17,797 square feet. You can see the listing here.

As we reported when it was rumored that Alicia Keys was buying another Aldo Stark property in the community: there’s a bit of a security problem in Stone Creek Ranch. While it’s gated from the front, access is often wide open from Half Mile Road, near a migrant encampment. It’s an easy jump over a low wall to enter the community from Half Mile. The good news is that Wahlberg knows a thing or two about personal safety. He routinely blows stuff up in movies like Patriots Day, Flight Risk, Contraband, and The Family Plan.

We don’t know when Wahlberg is planning to move, or how much time he expects to spend in West Delray Beach.
