Woman Demands Money From Closed Bank Account. Arrested At Wells Fargo Bank.

Doreen Lynn Mark, 77, was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office at the Wells Fargo branch located at 7835 West Atlantic Avenue.
According to the arrest report, deputies were dispatched to the bank on Friday, around 4:50 p.m., in reference to a disturbance. Bank staff told police that Mark, who was accompanied by a male, had entered the bank and was “causing a scene” while demanding to withdraw money. Employees stated Mark was familiar to them from previous incidents and that her account with the bank had been closed.
Police were informed that Mark had been issued an active trespass warning from the property in August 2025. Bank staff reported that Mark refused several options to resolve her issue, including leaving the property and calling the bank’s corporate customer service line. The report alleges that after leaving the bank, Mark went to the ATM and began “asking for money” from customers who were using the machine.
Arriving deputies found Mark in the parking lot and, after confirming the active trespass warning, placed her under arrest. Mark, who lists an address on Brittany B, was charged with misdemeanor Trespass After Warning. She was issued a notice to appear in court on November 25, 2025.
Mark is the 81st Kings Point Delray Beach resident to be arrested since 2023, the 61st since 2024, and the 31st this year. Mark joins residents charged with drug crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, DUI, child pornography, and weapons crimes.
