POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — Construction has begun on a new, enhanced beachfront concession and public restroom facility at 20 N. Pompano Beach Blvd. The project is being developed by the LM Restaurant Family, which operates the nearby Oceanic and Lucky Fish restaurants. City officials anticipate the new facility will be completed and open to the public in Spring 2026.
The new building is designed to replace the existing structure and enhance public amenities along the beachfront. According to the city, the project includes expanded outdoor seating for the public, a larger food preparation area, and “significantly enlarged” public restrooms to better serve residents and visitors.
Once operational, the concession stand will be open daily. The menu will offer coffee, pastries, and sandwiches for breakfast, transitioning to Greek-themed food, hamburgers, hot dogs, and other affordable grab-and-go items throughout the day.
“We are committed to enhancing our beachfront amenities and providing a welcoming, accessible space for everyone to enjoy,” said Mayor Rex Hardin. “We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we work to improve this important public facility.”
