BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A plane crashed in Coral Springs around 10:30 Monday morning, and investigators say it may have exploded before it hit the ground.
BocaNewsNow.com has learned the small plane crashed in the area of 5075 NW 57th Way in Coral Springs. That’s just west of U.S. 441 and south of the Sawgrass Expressway. It is believed one person was killed in the plane. No one was injured on the ground.
The plane may have hit trees and or power lines before crashing. It was not immediately clear where it had departed or where it was heading.
