DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — First Watch Restaurant at 640 Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach received four “high priority” and one “intermediate” violations during an inspection November 18th. The citations, issued by a health inspector reporting to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, did not result in the restaurant’s closure.

High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit….white eggs 44F, shredded cheese 49F, white dhrcheese 49, slice cheese 56F , feta cheese 51F , sour cream 47F , waffle mix with butter 64F in flip top reach in cooler .
