Weller Pools Claims It’s Owed Half Million Dollars. Wants Boca West To Sell Its Pools To Pay.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Boca West Country Club is facing a lawsuit by a contractor that claims it is owed more than half a million dollars for work on the club’s new pools and water features. Weller Pools, LLC filed the complaint in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, claiming that while it completed its multi-million dollar contract, the country club and its general contractor have failed to pay the remaining balance.
According to the lawsuit, Weller Pools entered into a subcontract agreement in January 2022 with T&G Constructors to provide labor and materials for Boca West Country Club’s new pools, spas, splash pads, and water features. The project, located at 20371 Country Club Blvd., was part of a larger renovation at Boca West. Weller states that it worked on the project from April 2022 through October 2024 and successfully completed its obligations, totaling over $9.7 million in invoiced work.
Despite the work allegedly being accepted by both the general contractor and the country club, Weller Pools asserts that it is still owed $519,513.26. Due to the alleged non-payment, the pool contractor recorded a construction lien against the property in December 2024. The complaint alleges that T&G Constructors breached the agreement by refusing to pay the outstanding amount, prompting the legal action to recover the funds.
The lawsuit seeks a judgment confirming the validity of the lien and ordering the sale of the property if the debt is not satisfied. Weller Pools wants payment for interest, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred during the collection process. No response has been filed by Boca West or T&G Construction.
