BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Boca Raton Police Department Tuesday revealed that it’s made an arrest after an extensive investigation into fraud. We share the unedited advisory issued by Boca PD:
>>After two years of extensive investigation, Boca Raton Police arrested Marius St. Gerard, who is accused of defrauding nearly $200,000 from clients between January and November of 2023. In his managerial capacity at CLR Admin Services, St. Gerard was found to have entered dozens of client files, changed their email addresses to his own and altered records of their bank account information to reflect his own account information.
He then cancelled files and electronically signed forms that were sent to his email to initiate a refund, and the money was routed to his own account.
In November 2023, a suspicious alert from the company’s banking partner led to an internal review of client files. A discrepancy with an account was spotted, which also pointed to St. Gerard’s wrongdoing, and the owner proceeded to notify Boca Raton Police. Further investigation by Economic Crimes Detective Randa White revealed the true nature of St. Gerard’s fraudulent dealings was far more extensive. St. Gerard had spread the money he fraudulently obtained across more than a dozen debit cards, which were used for airline tickets, car payments and other personal expenses.

St. Gerard is charged with Organized Fraud ($50,000 or more), Fraudulent Use of Personal I. D. Information (deceased victims), Fraudulent Use of Personal I. D. Information ($50,000 or more; or 20-30 individuals), Grand Theft, Forgery and Money Laundering. Boca Raton Police obtained an arrest warrant for St. Gerard, who was arrested in Clearwater, Florida by Clearwater PD on November 18th, 2025. He has since been extradited to the Palm Beach County Jail.<<
