Jimmy Biricik Accused Of Massive Covid Insurance Fraud. Feds Want His House, Cars, Jewelry, Bank Accounts.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Federal prosecutors say they will confiscate the Boca Bridges home, cars, airplane, jewelry, and bank accounts of accused fraudster Cemhan “Jimmy” Biricik. In a document just filed and obtained by BocaNewsNow.com, prosecutors list what they call an incomplete list of items the Department of Justice will take if they are successful in prosecuting Biricik. Prosecutors allege Biricik ran a massive COVID-19 testing scam that defrauded the Federal Government out of at least $50-Million dollars.
While some of the items are associated with an out-of-state co-defendant, many of the items are listed as being in Boca Raton or otherwise directly connected to Cemhan Biricik, Isabel Biricik, and Caridad Biricik. While Cemhan is the only Biricik named in the indictment, the government alleges that other family members are the recipients of ill-gotten gains. The government has identified the following specific assets for forfeiture:
- Boca Raton Residence: A residential property located at 9623 Macchiato Ave., Boca Raton, FL 33496 (Lot 361, Hyder AGR-PUD), titled to Cemhan Biricik and Isabel Biricik.
- 2025 Cirrus SR22T Aircraft: Tail #N203FD.
- 2023 Lamborghini Urus: Registered to Fast Lab Technologies or Cemhan Biricik.
- 2023 Bentley Bentayga: Registered to Fast Lab Technologies LLC.
- 2023 Rivian R1T: Registered to Fast Lab Technologies LLC or Cemhan Biricik.
- 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor: Registered to Fast Lab Technologies LLC or Cemhan Biricik.
- 2024 BMW M4: Registered to Isabel Caridad Biricik.
- 2022 Ford Bronco Sport: Registered to Cemhan Biricik.
Prosecutors listed funds held in various financial institutions, totaling nearly $90,000 across multiple accounts, including multiple Morgan Stanley accounts, Truist Bank accounts, JP Morgan Chase accounts. Authorities also listed miscellaneous items seized from the Boca Raton residence: - Jewelry: A Breitling watch, plus a Roberto Coin Venetian Princess 16k gold ring, necklace, and earrings.
- Designer Bags: Three Louis Vuitton bags (monogram brown, white, and monogram black), a brown Gucci bag, a brown Prada bag, and a Carolina Herrera bag.
Biricik, as BocaNewsNow.com was first to report shortly after an FBI raid on his home, is charged with more than 50 counts of healthcare fraud. He is accused of running a bogus COVID-19 testing business for which he bilked Medicare and Medicaid out of more than $50 million. Read our initial reporting here.
