COINCIDENCE? Restaurant At “The Boca Raton” Inspected…

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but days after we published a photo showing a dog in Sadelle’s — a restaurant in “The Boca Raton,” the restaurant was inspected and warned by an inspector with the Florida Department of Health.
The restaurant was not ordered to close after the inspection, but was subject to a follow-up inspection the next day. The inspections came just days after we published a photo of a huge dog in the restaurant — seemingly in violation of Florida statutes that prohibit animals in restaurants. The photo was published as part of our Boca Rudeton™ report.
Per BocaNewsNow.com policy, the following is the unedited list of violations logged by the State of Florida and filed with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The inspection was conducted on January 6, 2026.
High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Coleslaw 50F, chicken 48F, smoked salmon 46F, Canadian bacon 56F, items came from walk in cooler about 2 hours ago. Not prepped or portioned today. Left flip top cooler on cook line. **Warning**

Intermediate – Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Eggs Benedicts and smoked salmon, **Warning**
It remains unclear why the customers were permitted to bring this animal into a restaurant designed for humans.
