BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — At least 91 people and businesses are set to appear in front of a Palm Beach County magistrate in early February for alleged Palm code violations. The violations range from parking vehicles on a vacant property to an unpermitted fence and screen at a house.
Penalties can run from an order to reset whatever change was made to hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars. The hearing is set for February fourth. Here is the official list as of January 16th:
