BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Boca Raton Regional Hospital labor and delivery nurse is no longer employed by Baptist Health after she posted herself on TikTok calling for injury to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt who is pregnant.

Lexie Lawler said that she hopes that Leavitt suffers a “severe 4th degree tear during childbirth and has medical complications.” Said Lawler: “I hope you f’ing rip from bow to stern and never (go to the bathroom) normally again, you c’nt.”

Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, now running as a Republican for the Congressional seat occupied by Jared Moskowitz, said Friday that he spoke with Boca Raton Regional Hospital management and that they assured him that Lawler is no longer employed by the hospital.

Baptist Health, which has a horrible public relations system, has not issued an official statement regarding Lawler, nor responded to a request for information. However, Singer posted to social media: “I was in touch with hospital leadership as soon as I learned this afternoon and have been informed that this person is no longer employed there. These disgusting comments have no place in medicine or in our community.”
