The “burn ban” has been discontinued in Palm Beach County.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The burn ban in effect in Palm Beach County due to the continued drought has been lifted. The Palm Beach County Fire Marshal’s office provided this statement to BocaNewsNow.com:

>> The Palm Beach County Fire Rescue Fire Marshal’s Office has rescinded the Burn Ban issued on February 10, 2026, due to improved weather conditions and a reduced fire risk.

Residential and permitted burns are now allowed in accordance with existing regulations.

All burns must follow existing permit regulations and safety guidelines.  

Residents are still urged to use caution when conducting any outdoor burning.
