BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A mid-day multi-car crash on Yamato Road near Military Trail left two people injured and traffic stopped for nearly an hour.
It was not immediately clear why the car, seen in the photo above, ended up on its side. The crash, however, was witnessed by several people so police should have a good start in figuring out what happened.
BocaNewsNow.com has learned that two people were seriously — but not critically — injured. They were rushed to Delray Medical Center. We understand that both people were conscious and alert as they were being transported.
We know that one person was trapped in a vehicle for a short period of time, but Boca Raton Fire Rescue professionals got that person out in just a matter of minutes. Expect heavy traffic on Yamato near Military Trail throughout the afternoon as the scene is cleared and the investigation conducted.
