Now 97 Kings Point Resident Arrests Since 2023…Closing In On 100.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The senior living community of Kings Point just can’t stop churning out the alleged criminal. The 97th arrest of a Kings Point resident since 2023 is Jennifer Capozzi. She’s spending Good Friday in the Palm Beach County Jail.
Capozzi, 51, was arrested on Thursday on charges of drug possession, marijuana possession, and battery. She was taken into custody in the early morning hours and booked into jail around 2:20 a.m. She remains held on $2,000 bond. Capozzi lives in the Valencia G section of Kings Point.
Capozzi’s arrest comes just days after another Kings Point resident was arrested and charged with sexually battering a woman who he was taking home from a dentist appointment. The man allegedly abused her while she was still under the effects of sedation. These arrests join the scores of other Kings Point residents arrested for drug crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, DUI, child pornography crimes, and more.

The 97th arrest since 2023, Capozzi is also the 13th arrest of 2026. It is unclear if Kings Point is planning a party once 100 residents have been arrested. Based on BocaNewsNow.com unofficial records, there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County that logs more resident arrests than Kings Point Delray Beach.
