It’s time for elementary school parents and guardians to register for next school year’s aftercare programs in Palm Beach County.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Registration for after-school programs in the Palm Beach County School District opens April 13 for the 2026-2027 school year, giving parents of elementary students a chance to secure spots in what officials describe as safe and enriching environments.

The district says its after-school programs are designed for students in kindergarten through fifth grade and focus on providing structured, supervised activities outside regular school hours. Registration begins at 6 p.m. on April 13 and must be completed through the district’s online system, Eleyo, where parents submit a contract request for enrollment.

Officials remind parents and guardians that submitting a request does not guarantee a spot. Enrollment is determined by availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Families will be notified by email if accepted, while those placed on a waitlist can expect updates by May 8. A $35 registration fee is required once a student is approved, and payment can be made online or at the school.

The district also offers a 25% tuition discount for employees with children enrolled in the program, though a verification form must be submitted each year. Parents who do not already have an Eleyo account are encouraged to contact their child’s school for assistance. Additional information is available through individual schools or the district’s Extended Learning Office.
