
LAKE WORTH BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2026 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Florida Highway Patrol troopers are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman killed in a hit-and-run crash on Interstate 95 in Lake Worth Beach nearly a month ago — and investigators say they still don’t know who she is.
The woman was struck and killed by multiple vehicles at approximately 2:58 a.m. on March 13 while walking in the northbound lanes of I-95 south of the 10th Avenue North exit in Palm Beach County. Investigators describe the victim as a Black female in her early 20s to late 30s, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and 135 pounds. She was wearing a multi-colored short dress with a grey sweater and a black and yellow rubber bracelet with two keys attached.
The lead investigator on the case is Corporal Beatrice Derissier of the Florida Highway Patrol Traffic Homicide Unit.
