While the arrest report continues to be processed Sunday morning, information provided to BocaNewsNow.com by the Palm Beach County jail reveals that Austin is officially charged with “kidnap, false imprisonment,” “battery on a person 65 years of age or older,” “obstructing justice — hindering communication or information to a law enforcement officer or judge,” and “petit theft.”
The specifics of the charges will be released once the arrest report is completed and processed by the Palm Beach County Clerk of Courts.
Austin, 29, lists the 7000 block of Huntington Lane as her home address. She was booked into the Palm Beach County and later released on $5,000 bond. A court date is pending.
