BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — It’s Election Day in Palm Beach County for a relatively short series of primary posts to ultimately be battled out in November. Among the choices voters will make today: a Republican and Democratic candidate for U.S. Senator; a candidate for State Attorney, a candidate fro Public Defender, a candidate for Sheriff of Palm Beach County, and depending on where you, candidate(s) for Judge.

Polls open at 7 a.m and remain open through 7 p.m. Remember: this is NOT “early voting” so you are required to vote at your specific polling place assigned by the Supervisor of Elections. You can find out where your specific voting location is by using this link which will take you to the official Palm Beach County website.

If you received a mail-in ballot but would like to submit in person, you may bring it to your specific polling location. If you already returned it by mail and want to know if the ballot has been received, use this link to track your ballot.

The general election is November 5, 2024. It’s not too late to register, but you must do so at least 29 days before the election. As of early Tuesday morning, 93,258 people had voted by mail in Palm Beach County, with 32,121 voting in-person at an early voting location.
