DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — In a summer of Olympic records, it turns out the senior living community of Kings Point is also going for the gold — or at the very least silver handcuffs. For the 22nd time this year, a Kings Point Delray Beach resident has been arrested. It’s the 42nd time since the start of 2023.

The latest to be arrested: Kerri Valentino. She’s just 46 but calls Kings Point home. She is also calling the Palm Beach County Jail home early Saturday morning. That’s where the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office locked her up after her arrest Friday for driving while her license was suspended. She was stoped in the area of Oriole Blvd. and Jog Road.

Court records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com indicate that Valentino has eight open traffic violations working their way through the court system. She was cited in March, in May, in June, in July, and in August. The allegations over the past several months include possession of an open container in a motor vehicle, unknowingly driving on a suspended license, operating a vehicle without valid registration, and more. Citations are allegations made by police. Prosecutors have not declined to prosecute any of the cases.

Valentino joins the long list of alleged criminals in Kings Point Delray Beach which include residents accused of sexual crimes, residents accused of drug offenses, residents accused of physical crimes including assault and battery, residents accused of weapons offenses, and more.
