BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A contractor already arrested multiple times for allegedly defrauding condo owners in Century Village is now facing new charges. Joseph Giannetto who lives in the 6700 block of 10th Avenue North in Lake Worth is charged with “Grand Theft of Money Received By Contractors.” He remains in the Palm Beach County Jail Wednesday morning.
According to an arrest report which are publishing in its entirety below, Giannetto was hired to remodel a condominium in Century Village Boca Raton. He agreed to the amount of $56,500 for the work, and took $28,250 as a deposit. He then, according to the arrest report, failed to substantially complete the work.
Aside from taking the money and allegedly not performing the work, investigators wrote this in the arrest report: “A review of the Palm Beach County Building Department’s public website confirmed that no permit was issued for the remodeling project. The website did document the submission of a permit application for this project by Mr. Giannetto which was never issued due to Mr. Giannetto’s a failure to provide the required payment for the permits.”
The situation is very similar to other arrests of Mr. Giannetto previously reported by BocaNewsNow.com. Read more on those arrests here. Giannetto is being held without bond. We are publishing the slightly redacted police report for his latest arrest, below.

Gee, I notice some bias here. You take great pride in reporting the number of Kings Point residents arrested, but here, you merely mention this perp has been arrested “multiple” times. Just how many arrests is that? Surely, your readership wants to know.
Nice effort trying to deflect. One arrest while a resident of Kings Point.
