DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2024 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — The Kings Point senior living community in Delray Beach is home to more alleged criminals, as two residents have been arrested in unrelated cases over the past several days. That brings the running total to 45 resident arrests since the start of 2023, and 25 since the start of this year. We believe that 2024 is setting an all time record for Kings Point Delray Beach.

Leonio Pinchev of the Britney section of Kings Point was taken into custody on October 7th. He is just 47 years old — much younger than a traditional “senior living community” resident. He remains held in the Palm Beach County Jail on a warrant from another county. It was not immediately clear which county called for his arrest, or the reason.

Andrew Steinberg of the Monaco section of Kings Point was arrested on October 5th and charged with “battery on a person 65 years of age or older” and “resisting an office without violence.” Bond was set at $1,000. He was released and is awaiting a court date. Steinberg is 64.

Pinchev and Steinberg join the lengthy list of Kings Point Delray Beach residents arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies. Among the crimes allegedly committed by Kings Point residents since the start of 2023: drug possession and distribution, physical and sexual assault, battery, weapons offenses, child abuse, and more. Unofficial records kept by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that more residents of Kings Point are arrested than any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County.

  1. “Kriminal Kompound Kings Point!” ? Why don’t you merely report the news, and not provide untrue, provocative & misleading headlines that are designed to garner more clicks? I live in Kings Point and resent your yellow journalism attacks.

This is propaganda; your “work” makes you no better than Winston Smith.

  2. Bocanewsnow is lame and offensive. As I’ve suggested before, do the statistics on the number of crimes, petty or not when you report on King’s Point. It’s very obvious you have a resentment against this neighborhood. Shame on you.
