Michael Lohan Booked Into Jail On Sunday.
BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Michael Lohan, the father of superstar Lyndsay Lohan, is back in the Palm Beach County Jail following his arrest by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday. Now a resident of Spring, Texas, Lohan is being held without bond as of 5:40 a.m. Monday. He previously lived in Boca Raton.
Michael Lohan, whose interaction with law enforcement in South Florida has been covered over the years, was charged with multiple counts of patient brokering back in 2022. He ultimately entered a plea deal with prosecutors. Lohan paid $52,000 and signed a statement saying he was guilty in exchange for prosecutors not moving forward with the case. But that deal came with probation. Lohan allegedly violated that probation in Texas. Here’s what a probation officer in Texas wrote:
”Violation of Condition (5) of the Order of Probation, by failing to live without violating any law by committing the criminal offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family on 2/22/2025, in Harris County, Texas, and as grounds for belief that the offender violated his probation, Officer Taylor Younger states that the offender was arrested on 2/22/25, for the said offense by Harris County Sheriff s Office, as told to Officer Taylor Younger via a records check The offender has incurred a new arrest for Domestic Violence in Texas. The case is still pending. If the offender is found guilty of the violation of probation, it is this officer’s recommendation that his robation be reinstated and modified to include completing a 26-weekBatterer’s Intervention Program successfully.”

Michael Lohan’s arrest comes just weeks before Lyndsay Lohan is set to star with Jamie Lee Curtis in “Freakier Friday,” the sequel to their 2003 movie “Freaky Friday.” Michael Lohan is 60 years old.
