Tenth Arrest Of 2025, 40th Since 2024, 60th Since 2023.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — It’s now 60 arrests since 2023 for the senior living community of Kings Point in Delray Beach. The latest resident to be arrested is a 28 year old man. It’s unclear why he is living in Kings Point.
The Palm Beach County Jail tells BocaNewsNow.com that Anthony Perkins of “Normandy S” in Kings Point was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. While the arrest report continues to be processed Wednesday morning, we have learned that he was arrested on a charge of “battery — touch or strike.”
Bond was not immediately set upon his booking. The first court appearance for Anthony Perkins is set for later Wednesday. Not just the 60th arrest of a Kings Point resident since 2023, Perkins is the 40th Kings Point resident to be arrested since 2024 and the tenth this year.

Unofficial records kept by BocaNewsNow.com suggest that the senior living community of Kings Point Delray Beach has more residents arrested than any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County. Kings Point residents have also been charged with sexual assault, drug crimes, weapons crimes, domestic assault crimes, DUI, downloading illegal images of children, and more. Since I was on the board a few years ago, things around here really changed. I used to check applications for new people applying to move here. This policy stopped. We have the worst “people” moving in. Many residents are renters and many don’t care about our community rules. This place has become a place for not only snowbirds but jailbirds. They keep raising the maintenance which is ridiculous. This has become the highest amount of crime and arrests. Kings point is a joke. It’s a very sad joke and the joke is on us. We will definitely be demonstrating very soon on Atlantic Avenue.
