Robert Levine To Jail, Lengthy Probation, After Gun Crime In Senior Living Community.
DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — One of the criminals living in Kings Point Delray Beach is now banned from living there indefinitely. Robert A. Levine was just sentenced to six months in jail, five months probation, and a ban on living in Kings Point after he was convicted of a gun crime in the Kings Point Community. Robert A. Levine guilty on one count of Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon in February.
As first reported by BocaNewsNow.com in April of 2022, “Robert Levine was arrested and charged with shooting a golfer who was walking a dog on the Kings Point golf course. Levine was also accused of kicking the man while he lay on the ground, then hitting him with a golf club. Levine was charged with premeditated attempted murder, aggravated battery, and firing a weapon in public or on residential property.” While some of the charges were ultimately dropped, he entered a guilty plea to “aggravated battery with a deadly weapon” earlier this year.
A judge ordered Levine to stay away from Kings Point, spend six months in jail, five years on probation, and pay restitution to be determined at a later date. He is also required to take an anger management course and undergo a mental health evaluation. Part of his probation will be spent with electronic monitoring.
Levine, according to records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, moved from Kings Point Delray Beach to Century Village in Boca Raton. He is not accused of any crimes in Century Village. It’s unclear if he will be permitted to return to that senior living community after in incarceration. We note that there have been at least 61 arrests of Kings Point Delray Beach residents since 2023. Kings Point, according to BocaNewsNow.com’s unofficial records, has more residents arrested than any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County.
