Rales JFS is announcing the appointment of Lisa J. Rahman, MBA as COO. She replaces Beth Levine who is retiring after 33 years. Rahman, in a statement issued by JFS, brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, operations, and program development, with a strong commitment to strengthening communities through social services.”

Most recently, she served as Chief Program Officer at Alpert Jewish Family Services, where she played a key role in program evaluation, strategic expansion, and organizational restructuring.
Rahman also brings a strong background in financial management and strategic operations, having served as Assistant Vice President at TD Bank and Vice President in JPMorgan Chase’s Retail Consumer Card Division. Her expertise in stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and program oversight has consistently resulted in sustainable growth and enhanced service delivery.
Rahman holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a BBA with a minor in Psychology from Hofstra University. She is recognized for her ability to build cultures of service excellence, accountability, and innovation, and she remains deeply committed to creating impactful, community-driven solutions.
