Kings Point Delray Beach Residents Keep Ending Up In Jail. 43 Since 2024. 13 This Year.

Mohammed Hail of Saxony H was taken into custody on Wednesday. He is the 63rd arrest of a Kings Point resident since the start of 2023, the 43rd since the start of 2024, and the 13th arrest this year according to records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com.
Hail is accused of bouncing two checks. The official charge: “fraud, insufficient funds check, obtain goods (or) services of 150 dollars or more.” The checks were written in the amounts of $3212.69 and $3247.69. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office investigated the allegations starting in early 2024.
Mohammed Hail, 45, is younger than the traditional resident of a senior living community like Kings Point. He was arrested by PBSO and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail around 10:45 p.m. on Wednesday. He was released on his own recognizance just before 9 p.m. on Thursday. A court date is pending.

Among the other one-time jail residents living in Kings Point Delray Beach: accused sex offenders, alleged drunk drivers, residents accused of physical assault, residents accused of downloading child pornography, residents accused of (and at least one convicted of) extreme violence, and residents accused of weapons offenses.
