Manager Hangs Up On BocaNewsNow.com When Questioned. No License Found In Secretary Of State Database…

The company has seemingly taken elements of content, including reviews, from longstanding and hugely popular carwash “Boca Car Wash” at 1299 North Federal Highway.
A manager at “Ultra Sonic Hand Car Wash” hung up on BocaNewsNow.com when we called to question the apparent intellectual property theft Tuesday morning. The blatant copying — evident by comparing the two websites — shows that “Ultra Sonic” actually took comments of praise right from the Boca Car Wash website and pasted them on theirs. In one, the copying is so blatant and callous that “Ultra Sonic” actually took a comment and changed the commenter’s name, but inexplicably kept the name of “Andre” — the owner of Boca Car Wash.
Attorneys speaking with BocaNewsNow.com say there’s a good case for false advertising against Ultra Sonic Hand Car Wash. It was not immediately clear if Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation was aware of the intellectual property theft. BocaNewsNow.com was unable to find a business license or alias registration for the new car wash with Florida’s Division of Corporations.
For now, BocaNewsNow.com encourages carwash customers in South Florida to visit established businesses that are clearly licensed with the State of Florida and not engaged in apparent false advertising.
