Glasses USA is owned by Optimax Eyewear, founded by Daniel Rothman, Eldad Rothman, and Roy Yamner. It seems the three have created a company that markets innuendo and misrepresentation, not legitimate service. Reviews are mixed at best online, but our own testing of the service yielded nothing but frustration. Customer service seems to based largely AI-Bot-Based, with a few off-shore humans who possess little knowledge of the English language. Time guarantees made in writing were not honored. Pricing fluctuates from screen to screen.
The Better Business Bureau reports 1,759 complaints against the company. Our interactions seem to verify that complaints are legitimate. We strongly encourage BocaNewsNow.com readers to NOT be lured by incentive-based pricing that is promoted online. GlassesUSA, from our experience, can not be trusted.
