While the tropics remain relatively calm for late June, the air temperature is on the warmer side of where we normally are this time of year.
Here is the extended forecast as of Saturday afternoon. For those of you new to South Florida, keep in mind the actual temperature is less relevant than the heat index — the higher it goes, the more likely you are to experience heat-related issues if you spend extended time outside.
