It’s Boca Rudeton For The July 4th Holiday Weekend.

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Despite what you may think, it turns out that our forefathers fought for independence so exceptionally rude people in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and beyond could (potentially) illegally bring their dogs into restaurants, and park their cars where they don’t belong. That’s the takeaway from this holiday edition of Boca Rudeton — the place where we look at the rude people who live in — or visIt — Palm Beach County.

We start with the smiling woman above. We assume she’s smiling because she doesn’t understand that bringing a dog — let alone two dogs — into a restaurant is illegal in the State of Florida. Our tipster saw her at Subculture Coffee in Delray Beach (which is having several issues with the City of Delray Beach unrelated to dogs). You have to ask yourself why she has the dogs with her. Even if, hypothetically, they are highly trained animals that save lives, it would seem one would be enough. We remind her that it’s illegal to lie about a service animal in the State of Florida — as wonderfully written out and displayed by La Bamba restaurant in Delray Beach.

There’s no question about laws in Florida. As La Bamba on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach reminds: lying about your pet’s abilities is a crime.

At Casa Tequila in Boca Raton, the woman, above, apparently couldn’t have a drink without a little under the table action. We know that minors aren’t supposed to be in a bar, but we admittedly don’t know how old the dog is. Nor do we know the maturity age of the woman, who apparently can’t go to a bar without her dog.

At Trader Joe’s in Boca Raton, we don’t know if this woman is part of a cult where people only wear white, but we do know that she’s not supposed to have a dog in a supermarket. That’s a violation of Florida law. Also, just because you can wear all white after Memorial Day doesn’t necessarily mean you should. Not a crime, but certainly a fashion statement.

At Walmart on Hillsboro and U.S. 441, our tipster wants to know why these people have a dog in a store that sells food. He wonders if they’re special, privileged, or if rules just don’t apply. We think those are great questions, but we don’t have the answer. Other than to suggest they really want to win our Boca Rudeton award.

Back to Subculture Coffee in Delray Beach and to parking now, where our tipster wanted to know why this person parked illegally. (You can see the sign at the front of his car with Florida plate RDRC09). It’s an excellent question. He doesn’t look too happy about being questioned.

Now we move to this Rogue, with Florida license plate LRN-Q4B. Maybe the driver needs to LRN that you can’t park in a space that isn’t a space. Diagonal lines mean “do not park here,” as opposed to “do park here because you are special. There’s also a “No Parking” sign that you can see right above the top of the car.

And we have a repeat entry for the Black Hyundai with license plate DR-7ZX. This driver seems to have a problem understanding that “No Parking Along Curb” means “No Parking Along Curb.” This person appeared recently in Boca Rudeton for the same issue in Royal Palm Place.
Our winner this week of the coveted Boca Rudeton™ award is, you guessed it, the woman with two dogs in Subculture Delray Beach. We don’t know why she needs two dogs in the restaurant where NONE are allowed. We don’t know why Subculture — which seems to be having some issues with City of Delray Beach officials — seems intent on subverting rules and regulations. We do know that why we don’t really give prizes, this woman would win a map! A map the door of the restaurant where she can take herself and her dogs, and then return when she is animal-free.
We remind our readers that there is no expectation of privacy in a public place. Don’t want to be seen here? Don’t be rude here! Send your submissions to us using the menu buttons above. Share your thoughts about these rude people in our comment section, below. Boca Rudeton™ is a trademark of MetroDesk Media, LLC. Rude people is a trademark of South Palm Beach County.

Boca Town Center was, once again, like a dog park on Saturday.
Tell your readers to call the police after taking photo evidence
Don’t waste police resources on *ssholes who bring their dogs where they shouldn’t, or to give parking tickets. I would hope they have more important things to do. N
It’s way past time to send all of these pictures of the dogs to the government department so the establishments are fined. It’s disgusting. I’d never go into any of those restaurants. You have no idea what’s been left behind – by a dog’s behind
The reason we are having dogs in stores that sell food is due to the cities not promoting the law against animals in such places and not getting support for enforcement. Restaurants too. Enforcement starts with the managers of these businesses and they need support and help from community policeman. Start a public campaign and start giving out fines. This is a ridiculous problem and I am tired of it.
I like this article. I’ve been getting it for a while now and I really appreciate it since I’m very anti-dogs in supermarkets and restaurants and in shopping carts I don’t know what’s wrong with them. They feel very entitled and most of them are from Palm Beach. Hopefully this article will point out what they’re doing and embarrass them enough to stop it.
The initial photo was taken at Subculture in Delray Beach. They allow dogs in their coffee house.
They can’t “allow.” It’s against the law.
