Suspect Then Allegedly Threatens To Slit Police Officer’s Throat…

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A woman in the parking lot used by an area taco truck allegedly threatened another woman — claiming she was “an illegal immigrant and deserved to be deported.” Marlene Auriemma of NW 15th Vista in Boca is now facing multiple charges.
According to a police report reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com, Auriemma and the alleged victim were in the parking lot of 353 NW 20th Street when the altercation took place around 11:40 on the night of July 21st. During the incident, Auriemma allegedly declared the other woman an “illegal immigrant” and proceeded to “push her with both hands.” She was still apparently pushing the victim when police arrived.
An officer diffusing the situation noted that Auriemma appeared to be intoxicated, with bloodshot eyes and impaired speech. Auriemma allegedly told police that the victim had pushed her “all over,” but the officer saw no sign of that being true.

While arresting Marlene Auriemma, police say she threatened to slit an officer’s throat, then claimed that she would find the victim when released from jail “and handle her.” Auriemma is now charged with battery and threatening a public servant. She remains held on $2,000 bond.
