Randall Konsker Is Now A Convicted Sexual Offender. Wanted To End Probation. Judge Denied.

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A Palm Beach County judge refused a request by attorneys representing Randall Konsker to end his multi-year probation, stating that Konsker needs the full term of therapy and rehabilitation following his 2022 conviction on multiple charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
Konsker committed the sexual offenses while employed as the headmaster of Matlock Academy in West Palm Beach. He was arrested in 2019, then sentenced in 2022 to 364 days in jail and 48 months of probation. Attorneys asked a judge in May to end the probation. The judge said no.
On Saturday, multiple representatives claiming to be Mr. Konsker’s “legal counsel” requested media in Palm Beach County — including BocaNewsNow.com — to remove all mentions of Konsker online. The claim: the reporting is old and the public is not served by knowing that Konsker was convicted of sex offenses while serving as the headmaster of a school.

In reality: the State of Florida has determined that Mr. Konsker is a sexual offender and must remain registered with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. According to FDLE, Konsker lives at 6519 Tucci Way in Lake Worth. He most recently resistered with the State of Florida on October 16, 2024, and is guilty of “unlawful sexual activity with certain minors 16/17 years of age in violation of Florida Statute 794.05.”
According to FDLE, Konsker maintains a Toyota C-HR with Florida License plate DK36CH and a Jeep Wrangler, Gray in color, with Florida tag KFJE07. He also owns a Yamaha jet ski.
Randall Konsker is described by officials as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’10” and weighs 200 pounds. We note that he has followed the rules of his probation, according to court documents. The probation is set to end in 2026. Matlock changed its name after Konsker’s conviction.
