BROWARD COUNTY, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — A 13-year-old girl is missing Friday afternoon and police are seeking tips from anyone who may know anything about where she is or who she is with. The Broward Sheriff’s Office issued this statement transmitted to BocaNewsNow.com:
The Broward Sheriff’s Office Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help to locate 13-year-old Stella Mitchell missing from Pompano Beach. According to detectives, Mitchell was last seen at around 3 a.m., on Aug. 22, near the 900 block of Northeast Third Street.
Mitchell is 5 feet and 4 inches tall and weighs around 124 pounds. She has blue hair and blue eyes. Detectives say she was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and she was carrying a black backpack.
