Delray Beach Senior Living Community Keeps Populating The Palm Beach County Jail.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — It has happened again. Another resident of the Delray Beach Kings Point senior living community has been jailed. This time it’s Edward Bray of Waterford D. He is not just the 77th arrest since 2023, but the 57th since 2024 and the 27th this year.
Bray, 53 (and two years shy of the typical 55+ community resident), was taken into custody early Saturday morning and booked into the Palm Beach County jail at 3:08 a.m. He is accused of violating a domestic violence protection order. He was accused just weeks ago of stalking and/or cyberstalking a woman. That led a judge to issue the order on July 14th.
Edward Bray remains held without bond as of mid-morning on Saturday. This is his first arrest, according to Palm Beach County court records reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com.

Kings Point residents are frequent guests of the Palm Beach County Jail. Over the past few years, residents have been charged with sex crimes, violent crimes, gun crimes, possession of illegal child images, driving under the influence, and more. Unofficial records maintained by BocaNewsNow.com indicate there is no other senior living community in South Palm Beach County with as many resident arrests as Kings Point Delray Beach.

I know you know you’re reporting less than the facts because you refuse to publish my comments. there are 7,200 units and 14,000 people living at Kings Point. Do your percentage homework in terms of the crime rate and publish that along with your obnoxious bashing. Also publish general crime rates and other 55 plus community crime rate percentages. The numbers you publish do not tell a complete story and some of us do not understand what kind of vendetta you have against our community. Publish the facts and the total story or you’re just another rag sheet with a hidden agenda.
FACT: More people who live in Kings Point get arrested than any other senior living community in South Palm Beach County.
I have been living in kings point for over 15 years pit of 7200 condos o never had a problem or seen a problem it’s a quiet place to live in with wounderful and beautiful amenities.
