Victim Lives In Stone Creek Ranch. FBI Investigating.

DELRAY BEACH, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Dan Dagesse, owner of a $47M mansion in West Delray Beach’s “Stone Creek Ranch” development, is allegedly the victim of a major bitcoin theft. Dagesse, the chairman of DCD Automotive Holdings, just reported a $1.5M bitcoin theft to local and federal officials.
According to a report obtained exclusively by BocaNewsNow.com, Dagesse was examining his accounts we he realized that money that was supposed to be moved to a crypto wallet for another family member was actually moved to someone else.
While we are not publishing the information, Dagesse apparently knows the person who may be responsible, and was able to track where the Bitcoin funds ended up. He alerted local authorities in the state where he was at the time he discovered the theft, as well the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Dagesse is an often-awarded and honored auto dealership chairman whose holdings include nearly 30 NuCar dealerships in New Hampshire, Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. The “Automotive News” reported in June that he is trying to sell the Stone Creek Ranch property for $47.5M. See the property listing here.
