BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) (Copyright © 2025 MetroDesk Media, LLC) — Walter Yitzchok of Boca River Circle in Boca Raton is now days into a seven year prison sentence. The 39-year-old entered a guilty plea to repeatedly molesting a young female family member over several years.

Court documents reviewed by BocaNewsNow.com show that Yitzchok turned himself in to the State Attorney’s office back in 2023 and admitted that he repeatedly molested the girl. But following that alleged admission, Yitzchok retained an attorney and fought the charges that were filed against him: “sexual battery/custodial,” and “lewd or lascivious molestation.”

Yitzchok was permitted to live at a half-way house in Boynton Beach while the court case moved forward. He was allowed to be outside for just a few hours a day on the grounds of the house for what the court called “daylight and grounding.” On August 25th, Yitzchok reached a plea deal with prosecutors: the sexual battery charge wouldn’t be prosecuted in exchange for a guilty plea to “lewd or lascivious molestation.”

Judge Daliah Weiss just sentenced Yitzchok to seven years in prison followed by eight years of probation. Yitzchok is also now declared a “sexual offender.”
